Education Program Manager
Meg has over ten years of experience in education and a lifetime love for outdoor adventures; she has found a happy marriage of the two through her work at Wilderness Inquiry. Meg works with urban school districts across the U.S. to align classroom content with outdoor learning opportunities through Wilderness Inquiry’s Canoemobile program. She coordinates land and water programming for Canoemobile visits in cities from Oakland, California to Portland, Maine.
Meg started with Wilderness Inquiry as an outdoor leader after teaching in the Minneapolis Public School system for several years. Her passion for education started as an English teacher in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, where she lived after graduating from the University of Arizona with degrees in English and Spanish.
