Learning from Place: Cedar-Riverside/West Bank
Pillsbury United Community (Brian Coyle Center), neighborhood community members, and youth will be offering WI office and trail staff a free opportunity to learn about the Cedar-Riverside Neighborhood and the culture, history, and experience of East African immigrant families that call this place home. Wilderness Inquiry has been guiding Pillsbury United community members in the outdoors; now it is their turn to be our guides in their community! Spend time learning and eating with community member elders and youth, sharpen your cultural knowledge and competency, and make connections with new people!
Note: In-person only, Sign Language Interpreter will be provided.
