Join Wilderness Inquiry at the Lake Phalen Freeze Fest! Gather around the fire to hear the Ojibwe legend of Shingebiss, dramatized by parade-style puppets. While supplies last, food will be available for sale. Participants are welcome to bring their own.
Meet at the Phalen Picnic Pavilion, 1600 Phalen Drive. Partner event with the Saint Paul Public Library, Ramsey-Washington Metropolitan Watershed District, and the DNR's FiN program.
