Wilderness Inquiry is excited to host the 3rd Annual ASL Day on the River 2023! Members and families of the Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, and ASL users are invited on an adventure in the heart of the Twin Cities. Explore the mighty Mississippi River up close and personal on a half-day guided canoe trip (1:00-5:00 p.m.). Paddling the Mississippi in one of our beautiful 24-foot cedar strip canoes is easy and fun--everyone enjoys it. This popular adventure takes place in our local National Park – the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area (MNRRA). You will discover wildlife and experience the amazing human history of the River.
Special: We will have a lunch with Wilderness Inquiry outdoor leaders - come and meet us at Hidden Falls at 11:30 AM. Bring your lunch!
