A former Air Force officer, Dave brings established strengths to Wilderness Inquiry as our Operations Director. He also brings a distinct balance of creativity and fairness to WI leadership, and is known for his follow-through. Drawn to WI by the Urban Wilderness Canoe Adventures (UWCA) program, Dave is especially motivated by WI’s dedication to connecting urban youth to the wilderness in their own backyards. Looking to share that place-based experience with more people, Dave is currently earning his masters in environmental education and natural sciences.
