Yukon wilderness adventure on the Big Salmon River

Alaska & Yukon Wilderness Adventures

Our Alaskan and Yukon Territory trips are true wilderness adventures. You will see fjords, towering glaciers, mammoth mountains, temperate rain forests and indigenous communities. In these beautiful, nearly untouched, and mostly uninhabited landscapes and waters, we guide you on a journey that encompasses all the wonderment of America’s new frontier.

The wildlife is unbelievable in this region where roads and all signs of civilization disappear. Whether traveling by sea kayak, canoe or foot, you are likely to see caribou, sheep, grizzly bears, black bears, red fox, wolves, moose, hares, ravens, ptarmigan, peregrine falcons, other raptors and small game, and a broad assortment of fish. This area of North America has been said to resemble the Serengeti for its vast numbers and diversity of wildlife. Having been to both, we agree!

Prince William Sound adventurers often see humpback whales, killer whales, sea lions, seals, salmon and roaming coastal animals, including more than two hundred bird species, deer, mountain goats and bears.
