Experience the Mighty Mississippi River from a 24-foot cedar strip canoe while enjoying folk music provided on the banks of the river by the Lowland Lakers.
The Lowland Lakers are a Midwest folk trio based out of Minneapolis with roots in bluegrass, rock & roll, and country. They serve up their own take on acoustic Americana through a minimal use of guitar, banjo, fiddle, double bass, and distinct vocal harmonies.
We provide water and snacks, but you should bring a bag lunch—coolers are provided. We will shuttle you back to your car after the trip is over. Detailed instructions on your route and where to meet will be sent upon confirmation of your participation.
