Course Information

This event is Day 1 in a four-part series called Mississippi River Explorers. In this session, students will join leaders digitally at Crosby Farm Regional Park to solve the mystery, what do plants and animals do when the river floods? They will learn about:

  • Floodplain forest ecosystems
  • Tree anatomy and tree identification
  • Plant and animal adaptations
