The Wilderness Inquiry Staff House was dedicated “Martha’s
Place” on May 30th, 2001, in memory of our dear friend Martha
A. Finch. Martha went on more than a dozen Wilderness Inquiry
trips over the years. Always an enthusiastic participant,
she inspired many by not allowing her disability to stop her from
pursuing her love of the outdoors.
